Welcome to Mega City High School. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the school, students, parents/guardians, and staff. By enrolling in and attending Mega City High School, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Admission and Enrollment

• Admission is subject to the eligibility criteria as outlined by the school and education board.

• All information provided during enrollment must be accurate and complete.

• The school reserves the right to deny admission or withdraw a student if false information is provided.

2. Fees and Payments

• Tuition and other fees must be paid on or before the due dates notified by the school.

• Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by school management.

3. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect staff and peers, and follow all school rules.

• Disruptive behavior, bullying, cheating, or vandalism will not be tolerated and may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

4. Attendance

• Students must maintain regular attendance. Minimum attendance requirements as per educational board guidelines must be met to qualify for examinations.

• Absences must be reported with a valid reason and, where required, a medical certificate.

5. Academic Integrity

• Students are expected to complete their own work and avoid any form of academic dishonesty.

• Plagiarism, cheating, or other violations of academic integrity will be dealt with strictly.

6. Use of School Facilities

• Students must use school property responsibly.

• Any damage caused due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the student and may require compensation.

7. Safety and Security

• The school is committed to providing a safe learning environment.

• Parents and students must comply with school safety rules and emergency procedures.

8. Digital Conduct

• Use of school computers, internet, or digital tools must be appropriate and for educational purposes only.

• Cyberbullying, accessing inappropriate content, or misuse of digital tools is strictly prohibited.

9. Health and Medical Emergencies

• The school should be informed of any medical conditions or allergies.

• In case of emergencies, the school may take necessary steps to ensure the student’s wellbeing and inform parents/guardians immediately.

10. Photographs and Media

• The school may use photographs, videos, or other media of students for promotional and academic purposes unless opted out by the parent/guardian in writing.

11. Communication
